(The) form results from the function is a guiding principle originating from design and architecture. The form, the creation of things should derive from their function and their intended purpose. Vice versa you can also derive a function from the form.
The product development of Schüller considers results from the trend and target research group. From own market observation and in dialogue with the trading partners precise demands arise turning wishes and expectations of commerce and consumer into innovative ideas. Schüller is for example the first manufacturer to pffer a grid-system kitchen in two different constructional heights, in order to achieve an optimal adjustment to the body height of the customer as well as to be able to react on the different demands of old and new buildings.
